We offer a free 30-day return/exchange for Prepaid and COD orders.

Return & Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders: 

Refund to your original payment mode within 5-7 business days after pickup.

For COD Orders: 

Share your bank details, and we’ll process the refund within 5-7 business days.

Important Guidelines

✔ Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging. 

✔ Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.

✔ Products priced under ₹999 may not be eligible for certain coupon redemptions

✔ Shipping & delivery charges are non-refundable.

✔ Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Kingdom of White personnel.

• Orders placed through Cred Campaigns
