When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same business day from our Berlin studio. You'll receive a tracked shipping confirmation by email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We can amend or cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. Reply to your confirmation email and we'll handle it manually.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order ships in a matte black recycled mailer with tissue and a hand-signed care card — no extra step needed.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to 60+ countries with carbon-offset couriers. See the Shipping page for regional transit times and rates.

What is your returns policy?
30 days, unworn, tags attached. We provide a prepaid label for EU, UK and US customers. Refunds land within 5 business days of receipt.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Return the original and reorder — we'll refund the shipping on your second order automatically.

Do your tees run large?
Our tees are cut oversized — one size up from a standard fit. If you're between sizes, size down.

Are hoodies pre-shrunk?
Every heavyweight hoodie is garment-washed and pre-shrunk before it leaves the mill. Expect < 2% additional shrinkage on cold wash.

Materials & Care

What cotton do you use?
GOTS-certified long-staple organic cotton, spun and knit in small mills near Porto, Portugal.

How should I wash my pieces?
Cold wash inside-out with similar colours. Line-dry when possible. Do not tumble dry hoodies — it kills the hand-feel.

Do the blacks fade?
We use reactive dyes with a 3-stage fixation process. Expect a gentle patina after 40+ washes — never a chalky fade.
