30 days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, original tags attached. Final-sale and made-to-order pieces are excluded.

Request
Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the tracking page, within 30 days of delivery.

Label
We email a prepaid return label within one business day. Drop the parcel at any partner point.

Refund
Once the parcel is scanned at our warehouse, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Cards 5–10 business days, UPI / wallets 3–5 business days, bank transfer up to 7 business days after the parcel is received.
Exchanges
Return the original and reorder the size you need — shipping on the replacement order is refunded automatically.
